Do Not Purchase from Adorable Gift Baskets, unless you don't care if you receive the product.
I have to step out of the norm here for just this once, only because I find it so truely amazing. I placed an order for a gift basket for one of my clients from this company, adorable gift baskets. After having dinner with the client several weeks later I came to learn that they never received the product. Thank you for writing, says adorable gift baskets when I e-mailed them with the issue. There was nothing they could do, per their policy. But thank you.
I guess that I am suppose to go - oh well, yep this happens. Sometimes I spend $65 of my money with a company and get nothing in return. Sometimes they can't help that this happens. This same company is spending money with such services as Hacker Safe to assure their customers they can trust them. I guess they didn't know they were in a forest, because of all the trees. Come on. Well, you can read for yourself if you wish. The following is the e-mail correspondance.

Subject: Order Never Reached Destination -
I just met with my customer that I sent a gift basket to back in May and the basket was never received. I checked the status on Fed Ex and it lists that it was delivered but not signed for. Wouldn't this require a signature? The ship to address on the order (Order Number: 19190) was correct. Can you help me with this?
Thank You,
Their Response:
Thank you for writing.
The carriers FedEx, UPS, etc. will normally leave a package at the door if no one is at home. Packages would never get delivered at all if
each package required a signature because most people work, or are running errands, do not asnwer the door or are not always at home for a variety of different
reasons during the day.
We provide free ground shipping however we cannot take responsibility after a carriers confirms delivery. This link will provided more detailed information about delivery:

I reviewed your shipping policy and I guess I need to know if this is the only course of resolution? I have to admit I am a little taken back by your response. I understand the small parcel policies (I work for a logitics company that drop ships for several e-commerce companies). It stings a bit to first not have the gift basket reach a customer and second to know that I have spent over $60 with your company to such lack of concern.
No Response from Adorable Gift Basket. Okay - lets give them another opportunity before I react.

I have checked my company spam mail and haven't seen a response, but if you have so responded and I am unaware - please copy the response in to my yahoo account as well.
I look forward to hearing from you.
A Response... again thank you for writing... now buzz off.
